This leading Media Agency is expanding and is now on the lookout for Senior Client Services Manager to come on board and join their team.

The role of the Senior Client Account Manager will be to strategically oversee and plan campaigns from client briefs, ensuring KPI’s and targets are met, whilst liaising with other departments in order to oversee all elements of the client brief are completed.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, an outside the box thinker and grow and develop existing clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Ability to manage tight deadlines

• Solutions focussed

• Innovative thinker

• Experienced in project management with a variety of clients and client briefs

• A commitment to high quality customer care

• Marketing skills including strategy, campaign planning, copywriting, ideas generation, delivery and reporting.

• Marketing knowledge and experience for delivering to diverse clients in varied sectors

• Pitching new ideas to clients

• Collaborative approach
