The No BS Career Realignment Guide
This isn’t a motivational career book and it’s not a job search checklist.
It’s a straight-talking guide for capable professionals who feel stuck, overlooked, or quietly worn down by roles, environments, or career advice that no longer fit.
If job hunting feels harder than it should, or you’re questioning yourself more than your ability deserves, this book helps you understand why and what to do about it.
Inside, you’ll find honest insight into how recruitment really works, why experienced professionals get undervalued, how bad environments erode confidence, and how misalignment (not failure) is often the real issue.
You’ll also be guided through practical exercises designed to rebuild self-trust, clarify your value, and help you make career decisions with intention rather than urgency.
This book is for professionals who don’t want reassurance or generic advice, but clarity, strategy, and guidance that respects their experience.
No BS. No false promises.
Just practical insight to help you realign, reposition, and move forward with confidence.

Reviews
The chapter on how recruiters actually read CVs should be mandatory reading. No generic advice, no ‘apply more’ nonsense, just clear, strategic guidance that actually reflects how hiring works. Also, the section on being misaligned in the market hit hard, I realised I'm not failing, I'm mispositioned.
This book really made me stop and think about the position I’m in and what I actually need to do to change things. It gave me clarity and a proper plan instead of just wishful thinking.
