Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Coaching Services - Coaching provided by Reeta Vickers Recruitment Ltd covers areas such as career confidence, resilience, job-hunting strategies, tailoring CV’s and LinkedIn Profiles, and mindset development. - Coaching is designed as a guidance and development tool, not as a guarantee of employment or career advancement. - Any guidance, strategies, or insights offered are based on experience and industry knowledge, but results will vary depending on your individual actions and circumstances. 2. Booking & Payment - Sessions are charged on an hourly basis, and fees will be confirmed at the time of booking. - Payment must be made in full and in advance of any session or block booking to confirm your slot. - Block bookings can be made in advance for multiple sessions at a discounted rate (if applicable). 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - You must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be refunded or rescheduled. - If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extension or refund will be provided. - In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date and time. 4. Confidentiality - All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or with your explicit consent. 5. Liability - Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a replacement for professional psychological or medical advice. - Reeta Vickers Recruitment Ltd is not liable for any loss, decision, or outcome resulting from coaching sessions or advice provided. - You remain fully responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results following coaching. 6. Data Protection - Your personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection laws (GDPR). - Information will only be used for the purposes of delivering coaching services and relevant business administration. 7. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. - Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
