
B2B Email Marketing & Automation Coordinator

The role requires set -up of automation, managing content (written and visual) and supporting digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
KEY SKILLS
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience with email platforms and automation (preferably Upland/Adestra).
Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing engagement.
Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
Ability to analyse performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Campaigns
Working with provided content and existing templates, execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated sequences.
Ensure email content is engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with brand messaging.
Monitor email performance using analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Upland/Adestra) and optimise campaigns based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Manage and segment email lists to ensure effective targeting.
A/B test email subject lines, content, and layouts to improve engagement.
Ensure compliance with GDPR
Digital Campaign Support
Set up of website campaign landing pages as required.
Plan and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook as required.
Manage social media calendars, ensuring alignment with current marketing campaigns as required.
Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and adjust strategies to enhance engagement as required.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Content
Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Repurpose content for different platforms and audiences.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Generate reports on email and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify trends in engagement, conversion rates, and audience behaviour.
Present findings and optimisations to the wider team.
