My client, a leading agency is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.

A background in Fintech is required.

As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  1. Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing solutions.

  2. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  2. Understand clients' business needs and marketing objectives to offer tailored solutions.

  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  2. Analyse competitors and develop strategies to position our services effectively.

  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  1. Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales contracts.

  2. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize profits.

  3. Ensure all sales activities and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  1. Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  2. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
