That’s right. Knee supports and flats are officially the way forward. And honestly? You couldn’t even tell under the dress.

Because here’s the thing: building a business doesn’t mean sacrificing comfort, or practicality.

An Incredible Milestone

Last night, I attended the TVBC Awards, and I’m genuinely thrilled to have been nominated and shortlisted for two awards.

Considering I’ve been running Reeta Vickers Recruitment Ltd for less than three years, that recognition means more than I can properly put into words.

Did I bring home a trophy this time? No.

But being recognised at this stage of the journey? I’ll absolutely take that.

When you’re building something rooted in honest values, quality over quantity, and genuinely putting people first, moments like this matter. They remind you that you’re on the right path.
