Reeta Vickers Coaching Division has launched five new coaching programmes, created in direct response to what clients have been asking for. These programmes sit alongside my existing services, nothing has been removed and instead I offer clearer options depending on the level of support, focus, and depth you’re looking for.


Here’s what’s new:


  1. Interview Ready Package - Focused interview preparation designed to help you feel calm, confident, and clear. We work on answer structure, confidence, and how you communicate your value, so you walk into interviews prepared, not second-guessing yourself.


  2. Signature Career Coaching Programme - A six-week intensive coaching experience for seasoned professionals. High-touch, strategic support focused on alignment, impact, and intentional career progression. Ideal if you’re ready for meaningful change and want structure, clarity, and accountability.


  3. Career Impact Session (60 minutes) - A focused one-to-one session centred on what you need most right now confidence and mindset, CV or LinkedIn support, or job-search strategy. Designed to give clarity, alignment, and practical next steps.


  4. Career Strategy Intensive (90 minutes) - A deeper strategic session for those who want to step back and look at the bigger picture. This intensive focuses on direction, positioning, and strategy helping you connect the dots and move forward with confidence and purpose.


  5. Career Boost Programme - Short-term coaching support across multiple sessions to build momentum, confidence, and clarity. Perfect if you want accountability and progress without committing to a long-term programme.


These five new programmes have been added to give clearer, more tailored options, depending on where you are in your career and the level of support you’re looking for.
