Cancellation Policy

Block Booking Terms & Conditions 1-2-1 Coaching Programmes Reeta Vickers Recruitment By booking a 1-2-1 coaching programme with Reeta Vickers Recruitment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment All 1-2-1 coaching programmes must be paid in full in advance. The fee for the block booking is £200, covering four (4) 1-2-1 coaching sessions. Sessions will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. 2. Validity of Sessions The four (4) coaching sessions must be used within four (4) months from the date of the first session. Any unused sessions after the 4-month period will expire and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session, will result in the session being forfeited. This cancellation policy applies to all sessions within the block booking. 4. Refund Policy (Tiered) Refunds apply only if the programme is cancelled before the first session is attended: More than 14 days before the first session: 100% refund 7–14 days before the first session: 50% refund Less than 7 days before the first session: No refund ⚠️ Once the first session has been attended, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of remaining sessions. 5. Nature of Coaching Coaching provided by Reeta Vickers Recruitment is guidance-based, supportive, and strategic in nature. Participation in the programme does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or career outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, the client’s effort, commitment, actions taken, market conditions, and external circumstances beyond our control. 6. Client Responsibility Coaching outcomes are dependent on the client actively engaging, applying advice, and putting in the required work between sessions. Reeta Vickers Recruitment is not responsible for decisions made by the client following coaching sessions. 7. Professional Boundaries Coaching sessions are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. Reeta Vickers Recruitment reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if sessions are not conducted respectfully or professionally. 8.
