Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Group Coaching Course Reeta Vickers Recruitment By booking a place on a group coaching course with Reeta Vickers Recruitment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment All group coaching sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Fees are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Reeta Vickers Recruitment. 2. Session Format Group coaching sessions are delivered as 1-hour group coaching sessions. Sessions may be delivered online or in the agreed format stated at the time of booking. Group sizes may vary and are managed at the discretion of Reeta Vickers Recruitment. 3. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel attendance at a group coaching session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in charges being applied and the session being forfeited. This policy applies regardless of reason. 4. Tiered Rebate Policy Rebates are available only if cancellation is made in line with the notice period: More than 7 days before the session: 100% rebate 3–7 days before the session: 50% rebate Less than 24 hours before the session: No rebate Rebates apply to the session fee only and are processed within a reasonable timeframe. 5. Nature of Coaching Group coaching provides guidance, support, and general advice. Participation in the course does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, promotions, or specific outcomes. Results depend on individual participation, engagement, and external factors beyond the control of Reeta Vickers Recruitment. 6. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and outcomes following the coaching session. Active participation is encouraged to gain the most value from the group session. 7. Professional Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Reeta Vickers Recruitment reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund. 8. Amendments Reeta Vickers Recruitment reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of booking will apply.
