Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service – Reeta Vickers Coaching Subscription Programme 1. Overview By purchasing this subscription, you agree to these Terms. Your 1-month subscription includes: * Access to a digital resource library * Weekly new resources * Two live group Q&A coaching calls (Weeks 1 and 3) * Access for one individual only 2. Access Access details will be provided upon payment. Sharing login details, resources, recordings, or programme content is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if materials are shared or misused. 3. Live Group Calls Two live coaching calls (approximately 30 minutes each) will be held after 6pm on Wednesdays during Weeks 1 and 3. * Dates will be communicated in advance. * Cameras are optional. * Questions may be submitted beforehand. * Replays may be provided but are not guaranteed. * Attendance is the participant’s responsibility. * Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Participants must behave respectfully at all times. 4. Disclaimer This programme is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual circumstances and implementation. Nothing within the programme constitutes legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. 5. Payments & Refunds All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of the programme, refunds will not be provided once access has been granted. Access may be suspended if payment is cancelled, reversed, or fails. 6. Intellectual Property All content remains the intellectual property of Reeta Vickers Coaching, a division of Reeta Vickers Recruitment Ltd. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, resold, or repurposed without written permission. 7. Confidentiality & Conduct Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other members. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund. 8. Liability Reeta Vickers Coaching and Reeta Vickers Recruitment Ltd. are not liable for decisions, losses, damages, or technical issues arising from participation in the programme. Participation is at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility. 9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes
