Sometimes you don't need a full programme, you just need someone who knows what they're doing to help you solve one specific problem fast. Bring your career roadblock (CV stuck point, LinkedIn confusion, interview prep panic, application strategy) and leave with clarity and confidence. Thirty minutes of focused, expert guidance that moves you forward immediately. Before your session, we’ll have a separate 10-minute discovery call. This ensures we maximise every minute of your strategy session and dive straight into meaningful, focused work.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Reeta Vickers Coaching – 1-2-1 Sessions All 1-2-1 coaching sessions must be paid in full in advance. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Sessions are delivered as 1-2-1 coaching, typically lasting up to 60 minutes, in the agreed format. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the session being forfeited with no refund. No refunds are issued once a session has taken place. Coaching provides guidance and strategic support only. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, promotions, or specific outcomes. Results depend on the client’s commitment, actions, and external factors beyond our control. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes following coaching. All sessions are conducted professionally and confidentially. Reeta Vickers Coaching reserves the right to refuse or end a session if behaviour is inappropriate. By booking a session, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
