Brand Marketing Executive

Up to £42,000

East London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 360° marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful campaigns, support product launches, and strengthen brand presence in a competitive market.

KEY SKILLS

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG, food, or consumer brands

  • Experience delivering multi-channel, brand-led marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail environments

  • Experience with social media, content creation, and campaign execution

  • Exposure to product launches and brand development

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to turn insights into action

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with business growth objectives

  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand positioning across multiple channels

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in planning and delivering digital campaigns, including social media and content

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity and support content creation

  • Work with external partners and influencers where relevant

Product Launches & Innovation

  • Support the launch of new products from concept through to market

  • Assist with packaging, messaging, and go-to-market plans

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour

  • Translate insights into actionable marketing ideas

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product Development (NPD), and external agencies

  • Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Promotions & Events

  • Support the delivery of promotional campaigns, brand activations, and events

  • Assist with partnerships and initiatives that drive brand awareness

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign performance

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future activity
