I’m working with an award-winning, globally recognised events agency seeking a skilled Production Manager to join their team. They’re looking for someone who combines strong collaboration skills and creative thinking with solid technical expertise, including experience in CAD drawings.

KEY SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a creative, content-led or experience-focused role within the events industry.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing concept development, storytelling and audience engagement.

  • Confident and compelling presenter, with experience contributing to or leading client pitches.

  • Demonstrated ability to align creative thinking with strategic and commercial objectives.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Solid understanding of event production processes and experience design principles.

  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the confidence to shape and evolve ideas from early-stage briefs

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of compelling creative concepts, immersive event narratives and experience design that captivate audiences and deliver measurable impact against client objectives.

  • Play a strategic role in client exploration and discovery, shaping briefs and defining creative direction from the earliest conversations.

  • Collaborate closely with Event Services, Production and external partners to ensure creative ideas are not only bold and innovative, but practical, scalable and flawlessly executed.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive creative proposals and pitch presentations, clearly articulating concepts, storytelling approaches and the rationale behind each experience.

  • Translate business objectives, brand messages and audience insights into meaningful content and experiences that truly resonate.

  • Oversee the full creative journey from ideation to live delivery, ensuring consistency, quality and meticulous attention to detail at every stage.

  • Contribute to the creation of non-event creative outputs, including campaigns, shoots, design projects and supporting brand assets where required.

  • Champion innovation by exploring new formats, technologies and creative approaches that elevate engagement and create memorable “surprise and delight” moments.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving audience behaviours and emerging creative techniques to continuously raise the bar.

  • Support the Head of Creative Services in driving creative excellence and ambition across the business.

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and values-led creative culture.
