Head of Quality Assurance

This role will be suitable for someone who possess both the technical abilities as well as a strategic mindset, with a collaborator overview.

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and risk management


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor operations to ensure quality standards are upheld

  • Supervise quality-related processes and documentation

  • Assess customer requirements and ensure quality expectations are met

  • Report and escalate supplier-related quality issues where required

  • Maintain accurate records of quality reporting and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards

  • Act as primary escalation point for quality-related matters

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes

  • Manage training and ongoing professional development within the quality function
