RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets

  • Manage and track activity levels effectively using the CRM system

  • Confidently conduct sales calls and client outreach

  • Ensure compliance with company sales and payment procedures

  • Generate new business by networking at events

  • Maintain accurate documentation and sales records

  • Demonstrate a proactive, results-focused approach that drives best practice and elevates team performance

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to share leads and support joint business objectives

  • Take full accountability for your sales performance and adhere to all internal quality and service standards
