RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets
Manage and track activity levels effectively using the CRM system
Confidently conduct sales calls and client outreach
Ensure compliance with company sales and payment procedures
Generate new business by networking at events
Maintain accurate documentation and sales records
Demonstrate a proactive, results-focused approach that drives best practice and elevates team performance
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to share leads and support joint business objectives
Take full accountability for your sales performance and adhere to all internal quality and service standards
