This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and solid administrative experience.

KEY SKILLS

To support the office manager across a number of events and exhibitions, collaborating with arious departments and key stakeholder. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between sales, accounts, and marketing teams

  • Handle contract processing and related administrative tasks

  • Manage floorplan and website reconciliation

  • Build lists and generate leads for sales and marketing teams

  • Maintain and update CRM records

  • Schedule appointments for event directors

  • Manage diaries for directors and project meetings

  • Arrange travel for directors and senior team members

  • Provide administrative support at exhibitions and events

  • Assist with marketing and content administration

  • Support contract administration and document management

  • Provide administrative support for the finance team

  • Order stationery and office supplies

  • Assist with general business administration, including new starter packs and holiday form processing

  • Maintain IT inventory logs

  • Take and distribute meeting notes
