KEY SKILLS
To support the office manager across a number of events and exhibitions, collaborating with arious departments and key stakeholder.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between sales, accounts, and marketing teams
Handle contract processing and related administrative tasks
Manage floorplan and website reconciliation
Build lists and generate leads for sales and marketing teams
Maintain and update CRM records
Schedule appointments for event directors
Manage diaries for directors and project meetings
Arrange travel for directors and senior team members
Provide administrative support at exhibitions and events
Assist with marketing and content administration
Support contract administration and document management
Provide administrative support for the finance team
Order stationery and office supplies
Assist with general business administration, including new starter packs and holiday form processing
Maintain IT inventory logs
Take and distribute meeting notes
