National Account Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts/Sales/Territory Manager to come on board in a well known business.

KEY SKILLS

  • Proven experience within an FMCG environment/selling FMCG brands

  • Experience of providing solutions based on customer needs

  • Great communication skills 

  • Good with numbers 



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing customers

  • Continuously propose solutions for accounts (upsell/ cross sell)

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with the complaints

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales using market data and your analytical skills

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
